Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Worker to join our landscape maintenance team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the beautification and upkeep of residential and commercial properties through skilled lawn care and landscape maintenance practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for horticulture and outdoor work. This role is essential in ensuring our clients’ outdoor spaces are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.
Duties
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning to maintain healthy lawns and landscapes
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Carry out tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with appropriate equipment
- Contribute to overall site maintenance by removing debris and ensuring safety standards
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and hand tools
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor work preferred
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant care techniques
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time
