Lawn Care Owner-Operator/Subcontractor

Job Summary

We are seeking independent Lawn Care Owner-Operators and Subcontractors to take on recurring mowing routes across the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. If you run your own rig, want to fill your schedule, and are looking for steady contract work, we want to partner with you.

Service Areas (DFW Counties)

We have routes available and are looking for contractors based in or willing to service the following counties:

• Dallas County
• Denton County
• Collin County
• Johnson County
• Parker County
• Hunt County
• Ellis County

Equipment Requirements (Deal Breakers)

This is a subcontractor position. You must possess and utilize your own commercial setup to service these properties.

• Riding Mower / Commercial Zero-Turn (Required for these jobs; walk-behinds alone will not suffice for the property sizes)
• Reliable Truck & Trailer setup capable of safely transporting your gear
• Commercial Handhelds (Weed eaters, edgers, and blowers)
• Active General Liability Insurance

Duties

• Efficiently execute high-quality mowing, string trimming, edging, and blowing on assigned commercial or residential routes.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure properties are left clean and immaculate.
• Manage your own equipment maintenance, fuel, and travel between jobs.

Pay & Schedule

• Flexible Scheduling: Pick up routes that fit your current availability.
• Compensation: Highly competitive contract rates. Pay structures and route sizes will be negotiated directly in person based on your specific equipment setup, capacity, and the counties you choose to service.
