Key Responsibilities for Lead Technician in Training:

• Perform a variety of lawn care services, including fertilization, weed control, pest management, aerations, seeding, and more.
• Develop strong customer relationships through clear and effective communication, on-site visits, and personalized lawn care analysis and recommendations.
• Participate in our leadership development programs, including training sessions, mentorship, and project management.
• Carefully assess and treat properties for mosquito germination and habitation control.
• Provide accurate quotes and recommendations to prospective customers, generating field sales and referrals- additional commission rewarded
• Become an ambassador of our culture. Drive engagement and development with team members and supervisors.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $4,000.00 per month

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• broadleaf weed control: 1 year (Preferred)
• Lawn Care: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
