Lawn Care / Snow Removal Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care/Snow Removal Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, weed whacking, some edging & blowing. During the winter months, you will be responsible for snow blowing & shoveling. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, safety, and the ability to operate lawn care equipment effectively.

Duties

• Operate lawn care equipment and snow blowers.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently manage lawn care and snow removal operations.
• Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform additional landscaping duties as needed, including but not limited to: bush/hedge trimming, tree trimming, weeding, planting, leaf removal and mulch installation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating lawn equipment is preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Some mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
• Ability to work outdoors in the summer heat & winter cold.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• A valid driver's license is required. Must have reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping or snow removal roles is a big plus, but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
