Lawn Care Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and landscaping, with hands-on experience in various lawn care techniques. You will work outdoors, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools to ensure high-quality landscape maintenance. Must have experience with commercial zero turn mowers

Responsibilities

• Perform regular mowing of lawns to maintain an even and healthy appearance.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, edging, and mulching.
• Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper plant selection and placement.
• Conduct tree care activities such as pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for digging, planting, and general groundskeeping tasks.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Assess the condition of lawns and landscapes, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with gardening techniques, including planting, watering, and fertilization.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
