Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience/equipment proficiency)

The Role

This is a high-energy position for someone who takes pride in a perfectly striped lawn and a clean property line. You’ll be responsible for professional turf maintenance and supporting our landscape installation crews.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turf Maintenance: Operating commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on units, and walk-behinds to provide high-quality cuts.
• Precision Detail: Expert-level string trimming, vertical edging of sidewalks and curbs, and thorough debris blowing.
• Landscape Labor: Assisting with seasonal projects including mulch installation, flower bed edging, and planting.
• Equipment Care: Daily maintenance of mowers (blade checks, cleaning decks) and small engine tools (weed whips, blowers).
• Property Safety: Ensuring all gates are closed and properties are left in "better-than-found" condition.

Technical Skills Checklist

• Mower Operation: Must be proficient with zero-turn and stand-on commercial mowers on various terrains.
• Detailing Mastery: High level of skill with string trimmers and power edgers for clean, straight lines.
• Efficiency: Ability to maintain a steady pace to meet daily route schedules without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in professional lawn maintenance or landscaping.
• License: Valid Driver’s License (Required).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk 5–10 miles a day and lift 50+ lbs in all weather conditions.
• Reliability: We pay weekly and on time; we expect you to show up the same way.
