Lawn Care SpecialistTechnician

Greenway Lawn Care is a growing lawn treatment company that is seeking a lawn care technician to join our team. Full or part-time positions available. The ideal candidate will be hard working, focused on delivering quality service, enjoy problem solving and like working outside. This is a year-round position. No experience is necessary. We will provide paid on-site training.

- Ability to work in all weather conditions: summer heat, cold, rain

Responsibilities:

- Applying fertilizers, weed control, insecticides and aeration to customers’ properties.

- Diagnose and document lawn concerns and communicate those concerns to management

- Ability to come to work at 7am to load trucks and start the day

- Maintain accurate records of treatments, customer instructions, and service notes

- Drive to customer homes in a company vehicle

- Safely and correctly handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products

Requirements:

- Valid AL driver’s license and clean driving record

- Reliable transportation

- Have a clean criminal record

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

- Work in Birmingham, Alabama

- Hours are Mon-Friday: 7am-5pm

- Pay: starts at $20/hour
