Lawn care Team lead

Overview
PLS Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Leader with a minimum of three (3) years of
experience servicing both residential and
commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Mowing crew members on a daily basis

• Strong work ethic
• Operate 60”, 48”, and 36” Scag mowers

efficiently and safely

• Perform trimming and edging for residential and commercial accounts
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of assigned mowing routes

• Conduct monthly and seasonal tasks like leaf removal, landscaping maintenance , and snow clearing

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional mowing experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
