Terms: Full-time W-2 employee, Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm

Salary/rate: $18-20/hr starting pay, weekly

About the Role:

The Lawn Care Team Member is responsible for working in a team of one to two people in delivering high-quality lawn maintenance services to our customers. This role combines hands-on lawn care work and customer service to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This position reports directly to the Truck Team Leader. .

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn maintenance services including mowing, weed-eating, edging, blowing, and pet waste removal
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
• Participate in door to door marketing as required.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Conduct pre- and post-job site inspections to ensure completeness and quality
• Communicate with customers professionally to address questions or concerns
• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work environment at all times
• Report equipment issues, supply needs, and job progress to your Team Leader

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid TX driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
