Our Pay-For-Performance system is great for hard-working high achievers. AVERAGE PAY for first-year Team members is $20-26/hr.* The harder and smarter you work, the more money you make. You will have a base Hourly Rate of $18 per hour PLUS the opportunity to earn more each day based on production and quality!

Starting wage: $18 per hour plus bonuses
