A Cut Above Lawn Care, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Team Member to join our growing team. We are a locally owned, top-rated company proudly serving Marion County and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging

Assist with mulch installation and landscape projects

Complete spring/fall cleanups and debris removal

Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and professional job site

Work as part of a team to complete daily routes

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Punctual and dependable

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Valid driver’s license

Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
