Lawn Care Technician

Bilger’s Lawn & Landscape is seeking a highly motivated Lawn Care Technician who will be responsible for maintaining the health and aesthetic appeal of lawns and landscapes through fertilizing, weed, and pest control.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Safely and efficiently apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides according to safety protocols and application schedules.

· Operate and maintain lawn care equipment such as a ride on lawn applicator, walk behind lawn spreader, and backpack sprayers.

· Interact with clients to understand their lawn care needs, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with services rendered.

· Maintain records of services performed, including treatments applied and any observations regarding plant health.

· Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards, including the proper handling and application of chemicals.

Minimal Qualifications:

· Possess GED or a High School Diploma

· Must have valid Drivers License (Required)

· Prior experience preferred, but will receive training

· Strong organizational skills

· Must be able to complete appropriate reports and paperwork

· Ability to provide high-quality customer service

· Should be able to follow directions and process/procedures

· Should be able to lift 60+ lbs. consistently

· Ability to read and understand GPS (Google) maps and diagrams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
