Be Green Pro is hiring field technicians for the 2026 season. We are looking for individuals at all experience levels—from entry-level candidates to experienced professionals in the green industry.

We offer a clear growth path: Apprentice → Journeyman → Master Field Expert.

What You’ll Do

· Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products

· Operate professional equipment (sprayers, spreaders, mowers)

· Perform lawn maintenance and property care

· Load, maintain, and clean trucks and equipment

· Communicate with customers about services and property conditions

· Follow route schedules, service standards, and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For

· Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

· Positive, team-first attitude

· Reliable, on-time, and ready to work

· Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Skills & Qualifications

· Valid driver’s license with insurable record

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to learn equipment operation and service procedures

· Ability to obtain Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License

· Experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred, not required)

Compensation

· Apprentice: $18 – $22/hour

· Journeyman: $22 – $24/hour

· Master: $24 – $26/hour

· Pay based on experience and performance
