Our ideal candidate is self driven, ambitious and reliable. Experience is preferred but not required as training for all positions will be provided. This position can offer the right candidate annual employment for all seasons, snow and lawn.

Job Duties:

• Perform weed control & fertilization services for commercial and residential businesses
• Lawn care including mowing, trimming and edging customer lawns
• Performing spring and fall customer cleanups of yard and other properties
• Cleaning lawn debris with rakes, shovels and blowers
• Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision to complete the job.
• At times shoveling of snow, grounds maintenance and other duties as assigned related to facilities and site maintenance might be needed.
• Snow removal using a variety of Greenscape Services equipment, all provided by Greenscape Services.

Requirements:

• Maintain a regular, dependable attendance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• In good physical condition, able to lift 50# regularly, Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, crouch, reach, stoop, climb, crawl and kneel repeatedly throughout entire shift
• Ability to walk over rough, uneven or slippery terrain
• High energy level
• Enjoys working outdoors with a positive attitude

Job Details:

• Type: In person. Full-time, Part-time, and Seasonal Options
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, potential for Friday. Overtime available.
• Pay: $19.50 - $23 per hour
