Lawn Care Technician

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through expert mowing, trimming, planting, and landscape upkeep. Your enthusiasm for horticulture and landscape maintenance will help clients enjoy vibrant outdoor spaces.

We also offer a performance-based pay structure where efficient, driven team members have the opportunity to earn above standard hourly rates, with top performers currently earning up to $26/hr.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning using power tools and hand tools to ensure well-manicured lawns and landscapes.
• Maintain and operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, efficiently.
• Assist with landscape installation projects including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features like pathways or retaining walls.
• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including fertilizing, aerating, mulching, and soil preparation.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems related to landscaping equipment and power tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques such as pruning, mowing, hardscape installation, and garden care is a plus.
• Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions demonstrates resilience and adaptability.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
