Pay:

- Experienced Technicians: $25+/hour (fertilization, applications, or similar experience)

- Entry-Level / Trainees: $18–$25/hour (paid training provided)

Schedule: - 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday) - 10-hour days - Occasional Fridays/Saturdays based on weather and workload

Job Description: This position focuses on lawn fertilization and weed control—no mowing or landscaping work.

Responsibilities:

- Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments

- Operate spreaders and sprayers - Follow assigned daily routes

- Basic customer interaction

- Valid driver’s license (required)

- Ability to be insured on the company vehicle

- Reliable and consistent attendance

- Able to work outdoors

Preferred (Not Required):

- Lawn care or fertilization experience

- PA Applicator License (or willingness to obtain)
