Lawn Care Worker

Job Title: Lawn Care Worker / Grounds Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
The Lawn Care Worker is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of Ottogan Estates' outdoor areas. This includes mowing lawns, trimming edges, and ensuring all landscaped areas are neat, clean, and well-kept for residents. Worker will work as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow lawns throughout the mobile home park on a regular schedule
• Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, fences, and structures
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris from common areas
• Perform seasonal yard work such as leaf removal and basic landscaping
• Identify and report any hazards, damaged property, or maintenance issues
• Assist with minor groundskeeping tasks (e.g., planting, mulching, watering)
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in lawn care or grounds maintenance preferred but not required
• Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment as needed
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and follow a schedule

Work Environment:

• Primarily outdoor work in a residential mobile home park setting
• Exposure to varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)

Schedule:

• Full-time or part-time position available
• Ability to work off a list of jobs independently
• Hours may vary depending on season and weather conditions

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
