Duties

• Mow lawns and trim grass using mowers, hand tools, and power equipment to achieve precise cuts and healthy turf.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, hedge trimming, and shrub care to enhance landscape beauty.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely for tasks including edging, aerating, and soil preparation.
• Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures through cleaning and minor repairs.
• Assist with tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient watering of landscaped areas.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment like excavators is preferred.
• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health management will be advantageous.
• Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety standards during all tasks.
