Job Description:

MP Property Ops is looking for reliable lawn care workers to handle residential and rental property mowing across the Cleveland area.

This is steady, straightforward work. Show up ready, do quality cuts, and get paid.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday (primary work days)
• Optional Friday, Saturday, Sunday depending on weather and workload

Pay:

• $22 per hour
• Paid in cash
• Consistent work available for dependable workers

Responsibilities:

• Mow properties using a self-propelled mower
• Expected to mow 12-15 lawns a day
• Trim and clean up edges as needed
• Maintain clean, professional-looking yards
• Follow job instructions and complete properties efficiently

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and show up ready to work
• Must have transportation
• Licensed and Insured
• Lawn care experience
• Ability to work independently and move quickly between jobs
• Must take pride in quality work

Work Environment:

• Mix of residential, rental, and some rougher properties
• Some lawns may be overgrown or require extra effort
