Duties

• Lead and supervise a crew responsible for lawn care, landscaping, irrigation, tree care, gardening, and general landscape maintenance.
• Perform hands-on landscape tasks such as trimming, mowing, planting, pruning, and installing landscape features.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Oversee equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or horticulture.
• Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lead a team efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor including lifting, bending, operating equipment, and working in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred; certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
