Yardworx Outdoor Services is hiring a Lawn Crew Leader to lead commercial and HOA maintenance routes (no residential homes). If you take pride in clean, consistent work and can lead a crew safely and efficiently, we want to talk.

What you’ll do

• Lead a crew on commercial and HOA properties (mow, trim, bed weed control)
• Run the morning launch and set the plan for each stop
• Coach quality standards and keep the crew moving
• Perform quick quality checks in high-visibility areas (entrances, signage, clubhouse)
• Protect people and property, especially around traffic and residents
• Capture clear notes and photos for issue reporting (same day)

What we’re looking for

• Experience in commercial or HOA landscape maintenance preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong mowing, trimming/edging, and bed weed control skills
• Dependable, professional, and safety-minded
• Valid driver’s license (ability to drive truck/trailer a plus)
