Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and maintenance activities for multiple sites
• Lead crew members in operating equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems with safety and precision
• Oversee landscape construction projects including planting, soil preparation, and installation of features like edging or mulch beds
• Ensure proper tree care practices are followed, including pruning and health assessments
• Maintain high standards of horticulture and gardening by monitoring plant health and implementing appropriate care routines
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient workflow
• Assist with training new team members on landscape maintenance techniques and safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or related outdoor work environments
• Supervising or leadership experience in landscaping or construction settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening practices, and tree care techniques
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward common goals
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods
