Lawn Crew Member/Lead

Alaska Premier Services is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our professional lawn care teams for the upcoming summer season. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and bring a positive attitude, we want to meet you.

No prior lawn care experience is required—we will train the right candidates.

Opportunities for Advancement
Applicants with 2+ years of lawn care or related experience may qualify to interview for a Crew Lead position.

Pay

• Crew Members: starting at $18+/hour
• Crew Leads: starting at $21+/hour
• Higher pay opportunities available based on experience and performance

Federal Contract Work
Alaska Premier Services is a federal contractor. Some positions are subject to Service Contract Act (SCA) wages, which offer higher pay rates.
To be eligible for these positions, applicants must be able to pass a federal background check.

Position Details

• Seasonal employment: Late April through October
• Potential for year-round employment based on performance and company needs
