Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Member (Crew Leader Opportunity)

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our lawn care and landscaping team. This is a hands-on outdoor job with clear growth opportunities and pay increases as you advance.

Schedule & Expectations

• Work is Monday–Thursday for mowing
• Thursday–Friday for landscaping
• We work rain days unless notified otherwise the day before
• You’re expected to complete the work assigned for the day with excellent results for the customers

Training & Growth Path

We train step-by-step:

• First 1–2 weeks: Weed trimming & edging
• Next 1–2 weeks: Operating and maintaining a mower
• Next 1–2 weeks: Driving the truck & trailer
• Advancement into a crew leader role with higher pay
• Running your own truck
• Training a helper the same way you were trained

If you show up, work hard, and take pride in the job, you move up quickly.

Daily Duties

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Basic landscaping (mulch, shrubs, cleanups)
• Loading/unloading equipment
• Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean
• Basic equipment maintenance (fueling, greasing, checking blades)
• Helping with landscape installs and seasonal work

What Helps (Not Required)

• Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowers
• Ability to back a trailer (or willingness to learn)
• Basic mechanical skills
• Good attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $18.25 - $24.25 per hour
