Lawn & Landscape Technician

We’re looking to add a Lawn & Landscape Technician to our team for the upcoming season! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to be rewarded for how hard you work, this could be a great fit.

This position runs through the end of the season (around Thanksgiving), with consistent hours and strong earning potential.

Pay & Incentives

• Starting at $21/hour
• Performance-based bonuses (earn more for working harder)
• Top performers earn $30+/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and property cleanups
• Spring & fall cleanups
• Weeding, pruning, and mulch installs
• Small landscaping projects

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of lawn/landscape experience
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
