Duties

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy, attractive turf.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, shrubbery care, and flower bed upkeep.
• Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and hoes efficiently for various gardening projects.
• Use power tools and machinery like excavators, lawn aerators, blowers, and hedge trimmers safely and effectively.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules for diverse landscapes.
• Provide tree care services such as trimming, pruning, planting, or removal with proper safety procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance to ensure all tools and machinery operate reliably throughout projects.
• Collaborate with team members on landscape design ideas or construction projects to achieve client goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or related outdoor work environments.
• Mechanical knowledge of power tools, landscaping equipment, and construction machinery such as excavators.
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles including plant health, soil management, and garden design.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently; familiarity with power tools is essential.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and maintenance is a plus.
• Experience with tree care practices including trimming and pruning; certification in arboriculture is advantageous.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed.
