Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a crew of lawn care professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery in lawn maintenance, landscaping, and groundskeeping. Your leadership will be essential in managing daily operations, training team members, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of lawn care technicians in various tasks related to lawn maintenance and landscaping.
• Plan and execute landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization.
• Oversee irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess the health of plants and lawns, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the installation of new landscaping features such as flower beds, trees, and shrubs.
• Train crew members on best practices for groundskeeping and landscape maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.

Skills

• Proven experience in groundskeeping and lawn care with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance techniques.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and their operation.
• Ability to build effective teams through strong leadership skills.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing crew operations effectively.
• Familiarity with garden care practices including tree care, planting, and pest management.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Pay: $165.00 - $200.00 per day
