Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Treco Services Inc. is looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our mowing team. This position involves working outdoors maintaining commercial properties and assisting the crew lead with daily landscaping tasks.

• Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: 8AM - 5PM, Monday-Friday
• Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Mowing commercial properties
• Weedeating and edging around sidewalks, fences, and buildings
• Hedge trimming and general landscape maintenance
• Blowing off sidewalks, parking lots, and entrances
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment
• Working as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently
• Experience with commercial mowing, weedeating, edging, and hedge trimming is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and show up ready to work
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat
• Experience with lawn equipment is preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift and handle landscaping equipment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must pass a background check prior to employment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to present valid documentation for I-9 employment verification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
