Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

Position Summary

The Lawn Maintenance Crew members assist in executing daily landscaping and groundskeeping operations, ensuring high-quality service and safe work practices. This role reports into the Landscaping Foreman. Hours and days of work can vary depending on weather, client requirements and time of the year.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, weed eating, trash and debris removal, and other tasks assigned at client locations.
• Ensures that the scope of work is met and assigned tasks are completed to company standards.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operational for effective performance.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards during all maintenance activities.
• Maintains a professional appearance when representing the company.
• Assist in building and maintaining outdoor structures as needed.
• Utilization of company mobile reporting application.
• If applicable, pesticide application and irrigation work.
• Ensures safe operation of all company equipment when operating.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care practices, tree care, and garden management.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
