Two Brothers Lawn Care is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member(s) to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining our clients properties year round.The ideal candidate will possess a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to providing exceptional lawn care, landscape, and snow removal to all of our properties. As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall maintenance and enhancement of residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Perform lawn care services including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure well-maintained landscapes.
• Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, and weeding.
• Operate and maintain equipment used for lawn care, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
• Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Provide snow plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing services during winter months as needed.
• Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Experience with walker mowers or zero turns is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care equipment effectively such as, (Backpack blowers, string trimmers, lawn mower, hedge trimmers)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• A valid/clean driver's license is required & Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, and hardscaping.

We are a smaller landscaping crew, We started our business in 2018. We are looking to add more hard working dedicated people to our crew. Weekday work hours range 7-5 Monday-Friday. Weekends are required to work depending on the weather during week days. Major holidays off, Christmas bonus, and Yearly reviews are given. Over time is given when 40 hour work week is reached.
