Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Driver, where you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality landscape and lawn care services. This energetic position combines driving with hands-on maintenance tasks to ensure outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, safe, and inviting. You’ll operate various equipment, including trucks and landscaping tools, to support our mission of transforming outdoor environments into vibrant, well-kept landscapes. Responsibilities

• Safely operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and gardens.
• Drive company vehicles and haul trailers and equipment to various job sites, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Use hand tools and power tools for landscaping projects like hardscape installation or tree trimming.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects such as landscape, tree removal and trimming, and tock and concrete installation.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care techniques, and irrigation systems will help you excel in this role.
• Experience operating excavators or other construction machinery is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintenance and landscape improvement projects.
