Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew in maintaining residential and commercial properties at a high standard. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety on all job sites.

The Foreman will operate and supervise the use of lawn maintenance equipment including mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers, while directing crew members to complete tasks efficiently and correctly. You will be expected to manage time effectively, keep jobs on schedule, and maintain clear communication with both team members, management & customers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a lawn maintenance crew
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Plan and prioritize daily tasks for maximum efficiency
• Train and mentor crew members as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
