Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour | Full-time

What We Expect:

• 2+ years lawn maintenance experience
• Proven ability to lead or step into leadership
• Valid driver’s license (for-hire endorsement required after 90 days)
• Confident operating truck, trailer, and commercial equipment
• Shows up on time, works hard, and pays attention to detail
• Can handle a fast-paced, physically demanding workday

Your Role:

• Lead a crew and set the standard on every property
• Deliver clean, consistent, high-quality results
• Keep jobs on schedule and crews accountable
• Work 40–50 hours/week (Mon–Fri, occasional Saturdays)
