Lawn Maintenance Foreman/ Laborer

We are a growing landscaping business in the West Michigan area and looking for someone with experience in the industry to lead or be on a landscape installation crew for both hardscape and softscape projects.

Requirements:

2 years or more experience in the landscape industry

Ability to run and operate equipment (with confidence)

Dependable with attention to detail. Quality workmanship.

Ability to lead and teach crew members. Team player/leader.

Ability to handle heavy lifting, squatting, bending and standing for long periods of time.

Prefer someone interested and experienced with snow removal

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape maintenance and groundskeeping activities, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
• Supervise and train team members in landscaping techniques, lawn care, and irrigation systems.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as needed for various landscaping projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate project tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
