Lawn Maintenance/ Landscape Professional

Responsibilities

- Work with a team of landscape maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.

- Oversee routine maintenance activities such as mowing, trimming, and planting.

- Ensure the health and aesthetic quality of outdoor spaces by implementing the best practices in landscape maintenance.

- Complete various landscape tasks to include full installations of sod, pavers, gravel, and many other various landscape installs.

- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

- Report progress and any issues to management, providing solutions as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of lawn care, plant health, and general maintenance
techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, and plant
health.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in landscape maintenance operations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more regularly and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
· Comfortable working outdoors in environments that may include heat, cold, rain, or
uneven terrain.
