Lawn Maintenance/ Landscaper

Wright Way Lawn Service Inc. is seeking, hard working, diligent, and dedicated people to join our work family. Our company is conveniently located in Chesterfield, since we service the greater Richmond metro areas. We are looking for devoted staff to fill positions in our landscaping division. We have been in business for almost 25 years and are continuing to grow because of our reputation for making sure that our customers and all the fine details are exceptionally taken care of.

Qualifications:

You must have a strong work ethic while operating on good principles, do what is right, treat the customers as you would like to be treated, and give our clients a reason to brag about you. We prefer experienced crew members who have served in the green industry. We require a good driving record and valid driver's license. Our team works together as a family, helping each other out, and doing jobs with passion. For candidates with excellent communication skills there is room for advancement. Team members must be able to drive a truck with a 16' trailer.

Responsibilities

As a part of our crew you will be trimming shrubs, cleaning out beds and turf, mulching beds, trenching mulch beds, and planting shrubs and trees. We depend on our team to lift up to 75 pounds, and possess basic knowledge of plants and trees. Work unitedly with a 3 to 4 man crew daily.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus for equipment maintenance tasks.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions are necessary traits for success in this role.
