Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Technician

$20–$24/hour - Full-time - Long-term career opportunity

Lawn Perfection (est. 1996) is looking for dependable, motivated people who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in quality craftsmanship. Our current team loves what they do, works hard, and wants coworkers who bring the same effort every day.

What you’ll do

• Lawn care: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, seasonal cleanups
• Landscape work: bed maintenance, weeding, pruning, small projects
• Equipment: load/unload, basic maintenance, accurate time reporting
• Customer service: friendly, professional interaction at each property
• Driving a company truck (for qualified drivers)
• Winter: snow work plus training opportunities

We also have a couple of company BBQs each year to relax, have fun, and recognize great work.

Who we’re looking for

• Reliable, answers the phone, and shows up when they say they will
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Detail-oriented and proud of doing the job right the first time
• Team player who respects coworkers and customers
• Matches our effort: you don’t like working with people who don’t pull their weight
• Eager to learn and grow; experience is a plus but not required
• New graduates and career changers encouraged to apply
• Valid driver’s license preferred (required for driving/lead roles)

• Starting pay: $20-24 /hour, depending on experience
