Lawn Maintenance Person

Responsibilities:
- Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas by mowing, weeding, and planting.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Trim trees and shrubs to maintain a neat and tidy appearance of the property.

Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other landscaping tools safely.
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.

Skills:
- Lawn care and gardening
- Mowing
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
- Shrub trimming
- Customer service (ability to talk with customers and problem solve)
