We are hiring for two roles: Crew Members and experienced Route Managers!

We’re Looking For/Qualifications:
6+ months of residential lawn maintenance experience preferred (but not required for Crew Members)
Valid Florida driver’s license & clean driving record, required for Route Manager position
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable, hard-working team players with a positive attitude
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying outdoor conditions
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to meet company standards and productivity goals
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!

Route Manager Responsibilities:
Lead a lawn maintenance crew by working alongside team members in all daily tasks
Manage daily service routes to ensure jobs are completed on time
Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
Communicate with team members and customers
Perform physical tasks (lifting/pushing 50+ lbs, walking large yards, etc.)

Crew Member Responsibilities:
Operate lawn maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
Work under direction of Route Manager to complete daily jobs
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team
Perform physical tasks (lifting/pushing 50+ lbs, walking large yards, etc.)
