Job Title: Lawn Maintenace Team Lead

We are seeking dependable and experienced individual to join our team as a Lawn Maintenance Team Lead for residential & commercial lawn maintenance services. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 year of experience in lawn maintenance, along with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to lead, manage and direct a team.

Monday - Friday during normal lawn season with occasional Saturday hours due to weather issues during the week. Winter months will be on call for snow plowing - No hand shoveling. Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license. Chauffeur's license preferrd. Position includes lawn maintenance, landscaping, shrub/tree trimming, spring/fall cleanups, gutter cleaning and snow plowing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial lawn care or landscaping.
• Ability to operate truck with trailer and commercial lawn equipment such as zero turn rider, walk behind mower, weed whip, blower and edger.
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation (Chauffeur’s or CDL license is a plus)
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.

* West Bloomfield work area. Living in the vicinity is important in order to be onsite in a timely manner, especially during the snow plowing season

* Wage based on experience, with room for advancement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
