Lawn Maintenance – Night Shift Team Member

Job Summary

Outdoor Living Southeast is looking for a dependable Night Shift Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain commercial properties by performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and site cleanup. Our goal is to ensure every property we service looks clean, professional, and well maintained.

This position typically works night shift hours from approximately 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing to maintain commercial landscapes
• Operate landscape equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other powered tools
• Trim shrubs and maintain landscape beds as needed
• Remove debris and keep properties clean and presentable
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while working on site

Qualifications

• No experience required we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds repeatedly and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable with the ability to work night shift hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
