Lawn Maintenance Technician

Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to ensure lush, healthy grass.
• Conduct landscape maintenance such as planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like trimming, digging, and installing landscape features.
• Use equipment such as excavators and snow plows during seasonal changes to maintain outdoor spaces year-round.
• Execute hardscape projects including the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools and landscaping equipment.
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows confidently.
• Experience with excavators or other construction machinery is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
