Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to ensure lush, well-manicured lawns.
• Maintain landscape features including flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements such as patios and walkways.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like pruning, planting, aerating, and installing irrigation systems.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques to promote healthy growth.
• Operate equipment including excavators for landscape construction projects or site preparation.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Support garden maintenance tasks like planting new greenery, mulching beds, and seasonal cleanups.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools.
• Experience with lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Familiarity with landscaping design principles and hardscape installation is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and larger machinery such as excavators safely.
• Knowledge of horticulture practices including plant health care and tree trimming.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail in gardening, snow plowing, or general maintenance tasks.
• Prior experience in construction or outdoor maintenance roles is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
