Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Technician who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate has strong stand-on mower experience, can mow straight lines, and knows how to leave a yard looking sharp without needing step-by-step instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial stand-on mowers (36-60”)
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing with high attention to detail
• Maintain clean, straight cut lines and professional lawn finishes
• Safely operate all standard lawn care equipment
• Communicate respectfully with customers when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites
• Report any issues or concerns to the owner promptly

Qualifications

• Required: 1+ year experience with commercial stand-on mowers
• Must be able to maintain high quality standards
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with a small team
