Seasonal Lawn & Landscape Laborer

Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Seasonal Lawn & Landscape Laborers to join our team. This position assists with a variety of outdoor projects including lawn care, landscaping installations, drainage work, and general property maintenance. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lawn care services such as mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
• Support landscaping projects including planting, mulching, grading, and hardscape prep
• Help install and maintain drainage systems (downspouts, tile, grading corrections, etc.)
• Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic landscaping equipment (training provided as needed)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow directions from crew leaders and work efficiently as part of a team
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Iowa 30T pesticide applicator license is a plus, but not required
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
