Lawn Maintenance Worker-$18-$22-Hr

Looking to hire a reliable person with a minimum of 1 year experience in lawn maintenance. Position includes lawn cutting and trimming, landscaping, shrub/tree trimming, spring/fall cleanups and gutter cleaning. Winter months will be on call for snow plowing/salting. Must have reliable transportation with a valid drivers license.

* Must have the ability to run commercial equipment, such as, zero turn rider, walk behind mower, weed whip, blower and edger

* Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday hours, due to weather conditions during the lawn season. Winter schedule will be on call with additional general labor hours available.

* Valid driver's license (chauffeur's or CDL license a plus)

* Ability to drive pickup truck with an enclosed trailer

* Reliable transportation with a good driving record

* West Bloomfield/Bloomfield work area.

* $18-$22 per hr. Wage based on experience, with room for advancement.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
