Lawn Mower Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes by performing lawn care, landscape maintenance, and various horticultural tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will help create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance our clients’ properties. Duties

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, hand tools, power tools, and other landscaping equipment to maintain lawns and gardens
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and mulching
• Use excavators and other construction equipment for site preparation or hardscape installation as needed
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and turf areas
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe
• Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate tools and techniques
• Support garden projects by installing hardscape features such as patios or walkways and maintaining horticultural standards

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and tree care practices
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, excavators, and construction equipment
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticulture principles
• Ability to operate snow plows during winter months when required
• Strong understanding of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree trimming
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred; certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
