Lawn Mowing Crew Lead

The Lawn Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing high-quality lawn care services for residential and commercial properties. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn mowing and trimming services
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds
• Blow off hard surfaces and leave properties clean and professional
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups
• Safely operate commercial lawn equipment (zero-turns, stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Load and unload equipment and maintain organized trucks/trailers
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed

Offered compensation: $22.32/hr
