Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader experienced in both residential and commercial account management.

Duties include:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices of our industry.
• Train team members on proper maintenance techniques and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn maintenance and snow removal.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions.
• A valid driver's license is required chauffers license preffered .
• Have ability to operate equipment relating to operation
