Job Overview
QLI maintains numerous residential and commercial properties. The company handles both grounds maintenance and snow removal. Year round position available.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees.

-Snow Removal that includes plowing, salting, shoveling and snow blowing.
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Assist with planting, watering.
- Monitor the condition of the landscape and report any issues or necessary repairs.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

Experience
- Previous experience in professional groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is REQUIRED.

- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in gardening and landscaping is beneficial.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, including commercial equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of outdoor aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
